This is a cry for help.

I need some real-person advice on resumes and cover letters. My resume is outdated and I need it to look and sound more professional, so any advice or key tips would be appreciated.
Also, I’ve never made a cover letter so any other tips would be good; maybe things you’ve used in real life that were successful.

A job listing just posted that I really want, so I want to turn in my application and everything ASAP. So thank you in advance for your help. You’re amazing, I know it.

instead of watching the 50 Shades trailer, why not just make awkward eye contact with a total stranger at the grocery store for a solid 2 minutes and 34 seconds? you get the same skin-crawling, uncomfortable feeling but without the shitty writing, terrible acting and massive dose of rape culture
